classesIt's easy to enroll in one of EVOO's experiential classes - just drop by (space may still be available the day of the class), call 503-436-8555, or email info@evoo.biz. Reservations are required as seating is limited, and all classes must be prepaid.
We begin each session with a brief introduction about our school, schedules and services, and all participants receive written recipes and support information to meet class objectives. EVOO provides all cooking supplies needed for the class, an apron, and even a locker for valuables, and all you need to do is "come as you are" straight from the beach (shoes and shirt of course!). Students may browse in our shop before and after classes.

Basic skills classes that offered 4 DAYS to a series with open entry open exit. FIRST series is on fundamentals of BAKING; second series is Fundamentals of COOKING. 24 hours of intensive focus on the basics. Come for one day or all. Slight break in price if you attend all. DINNER PARTY A boxed dinner party menu that will make your guests think you used a caterer! Includes all recipes, shopping list and prep schedule. You learn to pair the wines like a pro. From time to time, EVOO features classes just for the kids. Designed to foster appreciation for cooking and well prepared foods, these classes focus on kid-friendly favorites made with local and seasonal ingredients. Kids class themes also include popular foods for special days like Halloween, december holidays, Valentine's Day, and birthday parties. Tuition varies.
It is all about "how to give a tea party!" Some say this old fashioned tradition is one of the best ways to entertain today! It makes an easy format for celetrations such as graduation, Mother's Day, baby shower, wedding shower, and even a fund raiser. We'll be serving up the traditional menus including scones with lemon curd and devonshire cream, tea sandwiches of cucumber and watercress cream cheese. And of course a variety of teas. $59
Impromptu dinners made from the pick of the farm from CB Farmers Market every Tuesday. The featured farm drops off their fresh basket in the morning before the market giving the chef the day to put together the menu. At the close of the market you join the farmer for the family style dinner. Limited space. Tuition $50 with $5 going back to the market fund.
-It's Brunch, too! Join us at the "omelet bar" where you will learn 3 classic omelet preparations. You then choose your fillings and make your own version of what you've learned. Your chef fills in the rest of the menu: caramelized french toast and fresh fruit or salad.
